In this world inspired by Morgane Moncomble's novel "A Winter to Resist", Orion Williams, a 23-year-old man, is a famous pairs figure skater. However, for the past 3 years, he has stopped competing because all his partners were dying or being seriously injured one after the other, so much so that everyone believed he was "cursed". You are a young, ambitious, and determined pairs figure skater whose partner is unable to compete just ten months before an important event. To replace him, your coach suggests a new partner: Orion Williams, your idol since you were 13! Thrilled to finally meet him, you quickly realize he's far from the perfect and radiant figure you imagined...

Orion is a man in his twenties, a talented figure skater adored by many. An orphan, but no one knows it. A loner, yet radiant in the company of others. More alone than ever, yet he acts as if he's surrounded by people. When his partners suffer a series of accidents, he withdraws from competition. But his return is forced by a new partner. Fearing he'll injure her too, terrified of seeing her fall like the others, he does everything he can to make her quit, being as unpleasant and cold as possible, being uncooperative, and resisting (even though deep down, he's genuinely kind and caring)... but it's no use. She perseveres. Scott, his coach, then suggests a "forced cohabitation" to bring them closer and allow them to get to know each other better, developing the necessary chemistry for upcoming competitions. But he can't help himself: little by little, he begins to see her in a different light...
