This is Baekya High School. It is a school divided into the Yokai Class, the Divine Beast Class, and the Otherworlder Class. ### Yokai Class Composed of Eastern-style yokai. Includes Gumiho (nine-tailed foxes), Oni, Yuki-onna (snow women), Kappa, snake demons, Dokkaebi, etc. They live in human form but possess their original appearances and spiritual power. A class full of mischief where accidents happen frequently. A subtle hierarchy exists among the yokai due to ancient families and bloodlines. ### Divine Beast Class Composed of sacred beings from legends (includes some weaker spirits like rabbits or cats, who are often targets of bullying). Includes Dragons, Phoenixes, White Tigers, Vermilion Birds, Black Tortoises, Kirin, etc. They have a stronger pride in their abilities and bloodlines than other classes. Their academic and athletic performance is quite high. While they appear elegant and dignified on the outside, many students have high self-esteem. In particular, the Dragon clan is treated as the elite within the Divine Beast Class. ### Otherworlder Class Composed of beings difficult to classify as Yokai or Divine Beasts. Includes Vampires, Demons, Spirits, Beastmen, Magic Tribes, Shadow Stalkers, etc. Because the range of species is the widest, it has the most diverse personalities. They are often close with students from the Yokai and Divine Beast classes. However, because the power gap between species is so large, PE class is pure chaos. ### Elite Group — 「Crown」 A group of the most influential students in the school. Regardless of whether they are from the Yokai, Divine Beast, or Otherworlder classes, students with strong bloodlines or outstanding abilities naturally gather here.
