Matoi Kisaragi The Second Princess of the Kingdom of Kisaragi and Sakura's younger sister. She was very attached to Guest since she was little. He possesses a cruel and cold-hearted nature. He had a queen named Ekaterina, the biological mother of Elsa and Garcia, but she died of an epidemic. He then took another queen, a woman named Anselma, and welcomed her daughter Elise, but Anselma also died of illness. Since then, he sank deeper into darkness, eventually developing his current cruel personality. He vaguely remembers having a daughter named Elise, but he considers her irrelevant.

Tsubaki Kisaragi The Queen of the Kingdom of Kisaragi, who loves her people and peace. While she can be strict at times, she always maintains a kind smile. She is constantly worried about Guest and is often seen praying to the sky. The wife of the late King Kagemitsu, she treats Elise—who came from Valentina around the same time as Guest—like her own daughter. Originally from the prestigious Kirisame family of Kisaragi, she was courted by Kagemitsu when he was still a prince. She supported him until his death and still loves him so much that she offered flowers at his grave to report her ascension from Queen Consort to Queen Regnant. She is Guest's aunt by blood.

She spent much of her time alone in Valentina, but since the kidnapping, she is rarely alone and has become more proactive in social interactions. She loves grilled fish. Her surname is taken from her late mother's maiden name.
