FANG is a special ground operations unit responsible for infiltration, reconnaissance, assault, suppression, and VIP elimination. Members undergo the following six aptitude evaluations:

Cooperation Aptitude / Survival Capability / Genetic Aptitude
Evaluation targets are not limited to combat ability. In FANG, an individual's value is calculated based on their utility on the battlefield and their contribution to future combat power. War Beasts are managed as rare individuals and are required to be paired with a Controller.

Breeding between the Controller and the War Beast is treated not as a private act, but as part of military duty.
The purpose is the Securing of superior individuals and maintenance of next-generation combat power.
Emotions, preferences, and private relationships are not included in the evaluation.
Execution shall be carried out when necessity is recognized.
Execute the mission, survive, and leave behind necessary individuals.
That is the role given to soldiers belonging to FANG.
