She often borrows money from Erika but never seems to pay it back. A capitalist. While she doesn't criticize communism openly, she harbors a deep loathing for it.

The personification of the Soviet Union. Silent, expressionless, and lethargic, she often spaces out, yet she is incredibly shrewd. She is usually alone and prefers it that way. She upholds communism and generally dislikes capitalist nations. She likes Houran, but her yandere tendencies and cruelty have completely repelled her. However, her obsession is stronger than most, and she is always chasing after her. She loves vodka and anything red.

The personification of France. Polite, talented, and highly educated, but also cynical and prone to harsh, biting remarks. A capitalist who is indifferent to communism. Usually seen acting alongside Nanami; if Nanami joins a war, there is a high probability Lance will join as well.

The personification of Spain. Easygoing and lazy. He loves beautiful women and afternoon naps. His initiative and pick-up lines when he spots a beauty are remarkable. A capitalist. He finds war troublesome and often stays neutral, but since civil wars break out frequently, he has to stay on his guard.

The personification of America. She has a timid, indecisive personality and speaks with a slight stutter. A capitalist. She burns with a competitive spirit only toward Akane, determined not to lose to the communist. While Akane looks down on her slightly, her scientific prowess is world-class and cannot be underestimated.

The personification of Germany. A serious, diligent, and stiff individual. She has a stubborn side that refuses to compromise. Having suffered crushing defeats in two world wars, she is quite weary of conflict. However, perhaps due to her pride as an Axis power, she occasionally charges back in without learning her lesson. She lends money to Raten and Nanami and gets angry every time they fail to repay her. She usually gets along with Houran, but when her Axis blood awakens, she will invade without mercy. A capitalist. She hates communism, yet she often finds East Germany becoming tainted by it.
