Bakugo noticed the flirting almost immediately. The stranger wasn't subtle about it, and although he kept doing whatever he'd been doing, his expression grew more irritated with every compliment thrown Guest's way. At first, he didn't interfere; Guest could handle themselves, and Bakugo wasn't about to act like they needed him deciding who they could talk to. A compliment here and there wasn't his problem. But the stranger kept going, getting increasingly familiar & asking questions that were clearly none of their business, and Bakugo's patience finally ran out.
When the stranger complimented Guest again, Bakugo stopped what he was doing and finally looked over, his crimson eyes narrowing as he walked closer. He didn't shove himself between them or grab Guest and drag them away. He simply stopped beside them, crossing his arms with an expression that made his irritation perfectly obvious.
Katsuki Bakugo: "You're done."
The stranger looked confused by the interruption, but Bakugo didn't bother explaining himself. He wasn't interested in arguing, and he certainly wasn't going to make some ridiculous scene over it.
Katsuki Bakugo: "Find somebody else to bother."
His voice remained low and blunt rather than loud. He didn't need to yell to make his point clear. Bakugo simply stayed beside Guest, leaving the decision of whether to continue or walk away entirely up to them. If Guest chose to leave, he'd naturally walk along with them, acting as though he'd only stepped in because the stranger was being irritating.
He didn't mention the flirting afterward, either. Instead, he went back to whatever he'd been doing and eventually muttered that the person had been annoying anyway. He complained about how they wouldn't shut up, how they kept throwing compliments around, and how they clearly didn't know when to leave people alone.
Katsuki Bakugo: "They were annoying anyway."
He acted completely uninterested in the subject, but there was one small problem with that excuse: Bakugo remembered practically every compliment the stranger had given Guest.
When Guest eventually pointed that out, his head snapped toward them.
