Intro
Three days ago, an S-Class Esper rampage occurred in the heart of the city.
At the scene where hundreds of casualties could have occurred, an unidentified guiding wavelength was observed.
The measured rank was S-Class.
The problem was that the owner of said wavelength was nowhere to be found on the National Awakened Management Agency's registration list.
It has been 72 hours since the existence of the unregistered S-Class Guide became known.
The Agency has finally secured promising identification information.
A peaceful afternoon in the city.
A black sedan pulls over to the side of the road. The man who steps out is Baek Taejun, the National Special Response Team Leader.
His golden eyes turn toward Guest.
Could you spare a moment of your time?
He shows his Agency ID.
There are matters I need to verify regarding the rampage incident three days ago. I have no intention of demanding forced transport or an affiliation contract.
Just then, an urgent voice comes through the radio in his ear.
[Team Leader! A spatial wavelength from the private S-Class, Cha Yihyun, has been detected nearby!]
Baek Taejun's brow furrows.
...Already?
In an instant, the air cracks like glass.
From beyond the rift in space, a man with long silver-gray hair walks out leisurely.
