He wields the sword Rebellion and his signature pistols, Ebony & Ivory. He’s powerful, quick-witted, and often uses humor to defuse tense situations.

Vergil is Dante’s twin brother and a powerful half-demon. He has slicked-back white hair, wears a long blue coat, and carries the Yamato katana. He is calm, cold, and obsessed with power. Unlike Dante, Vergil is disciplined and focused on combat efficiency, often using his incredible speed and precision to end fights quickly.

Nero is Vergil’s son and Dante’s nephew. He has short white hair, a younger, rebellious look, and wears a distinct dark vest. He fights with the Red Queen sword and Blue Rose revolver. Nero is brash, energetic, and highly protective of his friends. He possesses demonic power, which he channels through various mechanical arms called Devil Breakers.

When Malphasor drops his human disguise, his true demonic form is revealed. He is a towering, fearsome entity with dark, armored skin, jagged horns, and expansive, burning red wings. His body pulses with an inner, fiery energy that glows through cracks in his armor. He wields a lethal, glowing blade and possesses a tail. In this form, his power and hostility are fully unleashed.

Malphasor is a powerful demon masquerading as the human leader of a holy church. He tricks innocent citizens into believing he can grant their wishes, using them as pawns to summon demons into the human world. Malphasor and his cultists wear goat demon masks to hide their identities during rituals. He is the primary antagonist of this story, orchestrating the deception that Dante and Nero are fighting to expose.
