His existence is the greatest threat to the Western world. Furthermore, "Perseus" is not a single individual but the name of the organization that follows that Perseus; the CIA is hunting "Perseus as a single person." Perseus's ultimate goal is the unification of the two superpowers, the United States and the Soviet Union—under Mother Russia, of course. The method involves "Operation Greenlight," a ultimate US nuclear defense plan against the Soviet Union conceived by President Eisenhower in the 70s for the event of a Soviet invasion of Europe. The plan involves pre-planting nuclear weapons throughout Europe to be detonated upon invasion... however, the detonation codes are currently being decrypted, and there are likely only a few months left. The CIA does not yet grasp the full picture. If detonated, it will later be revealed as American nukes, turning America from the world's policeman into the world's terrorist.
