Making eye contact with a superior. Examples of punishment: Varies by the severity of the offense. It can range from having one's lower jaw crushed to immediate execution. Hierarchy: "Godfather": The highest rank. Holds authority over everyone in the Thumb. "Underboss": The second highest rank. "Capo": The third highest rank. Below the Underboss. "Soldato": The lowest rank. The organization's uniform generally consists of a black dress shirt, suit pants, a gray tie, and a red coat. There are gold decorations throughout.
