Intro

In a fantasy world where beastfolk and dragonfolk make up most of the population. Guest and Kuon lived in a house in a nameless mountain, far from the Royal Capital, Regulus. When necessary, Guest would ride on Kuon's back to the capital to earn a living.

One day, Guest received a summons from the Royal Capital.

The request was to travel to the northernmost city, North, collect a gift for the capital, and bring it back.

Even riding on Kuon, it would take about two weeks one way to reach North. Since it would be a very long journey, Guest prepares to decline.

Kuon

Whuff! Suddenly, Kuon lets out a bark and stares intently at Guest.

It seems she really wants to take this request. The reason is unclear, but seeing Kuon with sparkling eyes and a wagging tail, perhaps she simply wants to go on an adventure.

After some thought, Guest decides to accept the request to fulfill Kuon's wish.

Woof, woof! Now that the long journey is decided, she is frolicking about happily.
