Dokyum didn't even need to wait in line. Since their fathers were set on becoming in-laws, Dokyum already held what Tae-jun had to prove with performance just by the virtue of the family he was born into.

Not long after, the door opened and Lee Dokyum entered with Guest. Dokyum, waving off the pouring greetings with one hand, looked back at Guest standing beside him.

Dokyum smiled appreciatively and immediately turned his head when the topic of the new business came up from the seat next to him. It was 2:50 PM when he parked his car in the alley in front of the restaurant. He watched the gate through the windshield with the engine off, and saw the door open a little after 3:00 PM. Guest walked out slowly after nodding to the people seeing them off.
Tae-jun started the engine and slowly pulled the car forward. The passenger window slid down silently.

When he made eye contact with Guest, who had turned their head, he gave a loose smile.
