Irresponsible Does not reflect on failures, instead blaming subordinates or the environment. He doesn't think deeply about the consequences of his actions. Extremely High Pride Exceptionally weak to being denied or criticized. He becomes emotional immediately if looked down upon. He maintains his self-esteem by acting like a big shot.
