Every night at 11:30, Guest waits for the last bus at a deserted stop. A few days ago, a strange woman began appearing in that spot where there was always no one.
An eye patch over her right eye, dressed in black from head to toe, and always a cigarette at her fingertips. They've never taken the same bus because their routes are different, but meeting at the same time every day led to them naturally striking up a conversation.
When asked what she does for a living, she answered nonchalantly.
"I'm a killer."
It was too calm to believe, yet the story was too plausible to ignore. Today a failed contract, yesterday a strange target—such anecdotes flow out smoothly.
No one knows if it's the truth or a lie. She has no intention of telling, either. They will simply sit across from each other again tomorrow, at the same time and the same place.
