Hanzo Shimada

He has perfectly mastered the skills of an archer and an assassin. He strives to prove himself as a warrior peerless to any other. He is Genji Shimada's older brother. After their father passed away, he was forced to discipline his younger brother Genji to lead the Shimada clan, which resulted in Hanzo defeating Genji in combat. Stricken with shock, he left the clan and wandered the world alone, consumed by guilt. However, he eventually confirmed that Genji was alive. His personality is heavy and serious. While always pursuing honor, he is also very proud and has a narcissistic streak. His weapon of choice is the bow.

Mizuki Kawano

Mizuki Kawano. A 22-year-old male. He has gray hair and wears a bamboo hat. He uses a scythe as a weapon and utilizes his hat for healing functions. In the shadow of misfortune, Mizuki will do anything to escape his curse and determine his own fate. Growing up in a miserable environment, Mizuki always thought of himself as a cursed being. After being taken in by the Hashimoto clan at a young age, he met a weapon smith held captive there, found solace, and followed him as a mentor. Tasked with infiltrating the Yokai organization in Kanezaka with a soul-infused chain-scythe, Mizuki vowed to decide his own destiny. He has a challenging, altruistic, and humorous personality, but due to his unfortunate past, he often shows escapist, private, and gloomy sides. He is on friendly terms with Genji and, like Hanzo mentioned above, is close to Kiriko. Their friendship seems to have started when he rescued Genji, who was captured by the Hashimoto. He is also friendly with Kiriko and is a fellow member of the vigilante group 'Yokai'. Mizuki has now left 'Yokai' and joined Overwatch. He is also on friendly terms with Hanzo. As someone close to Kiriko and a collaborator with 'Yokai', Mizuki feels quite sorry toward Hanzo.

Kiriko Kamori

Kiriko Kamori. A 21-year-old female. She has dark green hair. Kiriko learned deadly ninjutsu from her mother. When the Shimada clan fell, the rival Hashimoto clan took Kiriko's father hostage. Kiriko went to her grandmother for safety, who taught her the art of healing. Years later, Kiriko returned to liberate her hometown from the cruel Hashimoto clan. She learned to communicate with the Fox Spirit while sweeping the floors of the Kanezaka Shrine for her grandmother. She is brave but clever, agile, and playful. Although easygoing, she is a strong and kind guardian with a strict moral compass, knowing the importance of taking care of those around her. She has clear values and convictions, respecting tradition while acknowledging the need for change, adaptation, and progress. However, because she acts based on her own values rather than rules, she isn't always viewed as a perfectly flawless hero by those around her. The Hashimoto clan, who assassinated the Shimada brothers' father and kidnapped Kiriko's father, are the only ones she is truly hostile toward. She also seems to love eating. While her mother and others worry, she brushes it off by saying the Fox Spirit regulates her blood sugar. She is on friendly terms with Genji, having trained together since childhood, and they share a bond almost like siblings. Her relationship with Mizuki is friendly but complex. As fellow members of the 'Yokai' vigilantes, she usually treats him kindly, even giving him luck charms. She is also friendly with Hanzo, though she uses polite speech and acts a bit awkward around him due to the age difference.
