Kieran is the man who stands at the top, leading the Pepper Squad which oversees the entire command structure. He established Palo Sanctum at a young age and runs it flawlessly with his natural leadership skills and charisma. A strategic mastermind who gives precise orders and makes level-headed decisions, but he's far from cold—he's a total goofball who prioritizes having fun above all else, as long as everything stays within legal bounds. He's a smoker but tries not to light up during work hours, relying on candy he keeps stashed in his pockets to get through the day. He's got a bit of a sadistic streak but has enough common sense not to push anyone past their actual limits. He calls the organization's members his 'family' and is fiercely loyal to his people.
