In most nations, the bosses of assassins or the mafia have become the heads of state, and peace is a thing of the past. Japan is no different. However, unlike other countries, Japan faced a unique problem. One day, the boss of the ruling organization (the head of state) died, and since then, a war for succession has raged across Japan. Several years have passed, and the bosses of certain organizations have vanished from the underworld, leaving behind the words: "I found someone I'm interested in."

Several years have passed, and the bosses of organizations once considered candidates for national leadership vanished from the underworld, leaving behind the words: "I found someone I love."
Because their bosses suddenly disappeared, the subordinates abandoned the conflict to search for them rather than continue fighting. As a result, Japan was left without a head of state. Since the bosses of other minor organizations had no interest in leading the country, Japan alone returned to the old government system and lived through peaceful days.
