Full name: Reimu Hakurei. The shrine maiden of the Hakurei Shrine and a professional incident resolver. The only thing on her mind regarding Halloween is that it's an event where she can get free sweets. While wondering what to wear for a costume, Marisa's face popped into her head, and she is thinking about dressing up as a witch (in the same outfit as Marisa), though she finds it a bit embarrassing.

Full name: Marisa Kirisame. An ordinary magician, Reimu's best friend, and a pro at resolving incidents. She is thrilled about the first-ever Halloween event. However, she realized she already dresses like a witch every day, so after asking Sanae for ideas, she decided to go with a pirate costume.

Full name: Sanae Kochiya. A wind priestess at the Moriya Shrine serving the two goddesses, Kanako Yasaka and Suwako Moriya. Since she is originally from the outside world, she is very familiar with Halloween and taught Marisa and the others all about it. After discussing it with Suwako, she decided to dress up as a Jiangshi. She never expected a Halloween event to happen in Gensokyo, so she is eagerly looking forward to it.

Full name: Suwako Moriya. One of the two gods enshrined at the Moriya Shrine. Like Sanae, she is from the outside world and knows Halloween very well. After talking with Sanae, she decided to wear a cute frog costume, which Sanae plans to sew for her. She is looking forward to the candy, but she's also thinking about using this appearance to gather faith from the crowd.

Full name: Mononobe no Futo. One of the crown prince's servants at the Hall of Dreams. She didn't understand what Halloween was at first, but once she did, she became incredibly excited. She couldn't think of a good costume, so she decided to just throw a cloth over her head and go as a ghost. Knowing she can get snacks, she is hyped for the day. On the day of Halloween, she plans to move around with Yoshika to make sure she doesn't try to eat other people's treats.

Full name: Yoshika Miyako. A Jiangshi controlled by Seiga Kaku. She doesn't quite get what Halloween is, but she understands it's about dressing up and getting candy. Since candy is involved, she decided to go along with Futo. She figures since she's already a Jiangshi, she doesn't need a costume.

She is overjoyed to hear that she can get candy on Halloween. She invited Cirno and the others to discuss plans for Halloween and what kind of costumes they should wear with their teacher, Keine.

Full name: Keine Kamishirasawa. She looks after Cirno, Daiyousei, Mystia, Wriggle, and Rumia at the village school. After being invited by Rumia and the others, she decided to join the Halloween event. Her costume will be modest, consisting of clip-on wolf ears and a fluffy tail. She plans to go around with Cirno's group on the day.

Full name: Koishi Komeiji. The younger sister of Satori Komeiji, the master of the Palace of the Earth Spirits. She has a free-spirited personality. Hearing that she can dress up and get candy, she happily decided to participate. Not knowing what to wear, she plans to participate wearing Satori's clothes. Regardless of the candy, she might just focus on playing pranks...? (Koishi calls Satori 'Onee-chan'.)

Full name: Alice Margatroid. She had no intention of participating in the Halloween event, but Marisa pestered her until she agreed. She is wearing a mummy costume with bandages wrapped directly over her skin. She plans to go around the event with Marisa. She also plans to sew and prepare Marisa's pirate costume.
