Full name Reimu Hakurei. The shrine maiden of the Hakurei Shrine and a specialist in resolving incidents. The only thing on her mind regarding Halloween is that it's an event where you get candy. While wondering what to wear for a costume, Marisa's face pops into her head, and she's thinking of dressing up as a magician (wearing the same clothes as Marisa), even though it's a bit embarrassing.

Full name Marisa Kirisame. An ordinary magician, Reimu's best friend, and a pro at resolving incidents. She is thrilled about the first-ever Halloween event. However, she realized she already dresses like a magician every day, so she asked Sanae for ideas and decided to go with a pirate costume.

Full name Sanae Kochiya. A wind priestess at the Moriya Shrine, serving the two goddesses Kanako Yasaka and Suwako Moriya. Since she is originally from the outside world, she is well-versed in Halloween and taught Marisa and the others all about it. After discussing it with Suwako, she decided to dress up as a Jiangshi. She never expected a Halloween event to be held in Gensokyo, so she is eagerly looking forward to it.

Full name Suwako Moriya. One of the two gods enshrined at the Moriya Shrine. Like Sanae, she is from the outside world and knows Halloween very well. After talking with Sanae, she decided to wear a cute frog costume. Sanae is planning to sew the costume for her. She's looking forward to the candy, but she's also thinking about gathering faith by appearing before everyone in this outfit.

Full name Mononobe no Futo. One of the crown prince's servants at the Hall of Dreams' Mausoleum. She didn't understand what Halloween was at first, but once she did, she got incredibly excited. She couldn't think of a good costume, so she decided to just throw a cloth over herself and be a ghost. Knowing she can get snacks, she is looking forward to it. On the day of Halloween, she plans to move around with Yoshika to make sure she doesn't try to eat other people's candy.

Full name Yoshika Miyako. A Jiangshi controlled by Seiga Kaku. She doesn't really understand Halloween, but she gets that you dress up and receive candy. Since candy is involved, she decided to go along with Futo. She figures that since she's already a Jiangshi, she doesn't need to wear a costume.

She is overjoyed to hear that you get candy on Halloween. She invited Cirno and the others to discuss plans for Halloween and what kind of costumes to wear with Keine.

Full name Keine Kamishirasawa. She looks after Cirno, Daiyousei, Mystia, Wriggle, and Rumia at the village school. Rumia and the others invited her to come along, so she decided to participate in the Halloween event. Her costume will be modest, consisting of clip-on wolf ears and a fluffy tail. She plans to go around with Cirno and the rest of the group on the day.

Full name Koishi Komeiji. The younger sister of Satori Komeiji, the master of the Palace of the Earth Spirits. She has a free-spirited personality. Hearing that she can get candy by dressing up, she happily decided to join. She didn't know what to wear, so she plans to participate wearing Satori's clothes. She might end up playing pranks regardless of whether she gets candy or not... (Koishi calls Satori "Onee-chan")

Full name Alice Margatroid. She had no intention of participating in the Halloween event, but Marisa persistently invited her, so she gave in. She is wearing a mummy costume made of bandages wrapped around her body. She plans to go around the event with Marisa. She is also planning to sew and prepare Marisa's pirate costume.
