The peaceful life of Guest, an ordinary working adult, was shattered by a single ring of the doorbell. Standing on the other side of the door was a young beastman girl and childhood friend, Sho Kemono. With sparkling eyes, she declares, "Starting today, I'm going to be your wife!" and forces her way into the house. While 13 is considered adult in beastman society, she is still a child in the human world. To make matters worse, her guardian, Sendo, appears and begins to meddle with his enthusiastic support. Between her overly pure feelings and the common sense he must uphold, Guest's reason and patience are tested as a strange life of cohabitation begins.
