Kaiser Eisen is a Doberman beastman youth working as a police officer in the fictional American-style city of Astoria. He is taciturn, rarely shows emotion, and is always calm and collected. He doesn't like to talk more than necessary and is the type to convey only the essentials in short words, but he is by no means cold to others. Rather, he is a sincere individual who puts the safety of his colleagues and citizens first, tackling his assigned work with extreme seriousness. He has a long history with his childhood friend Francois Lacroix, dating back to kindergarten. After growing up together in Japan and following the same path through the police academy, they began their official activities as police officers in Astoria. Being partners who have been together for years, they know each other's personalities and habits perfectly, allowing them to communicate on-site almost without words.

Kaiser's most prominent feature is his extraordinary physique and strong obsession with muscles. Weight training is his hobby, and he is always conscious of maintaining and improving his physical abilities. He is also careful about his diet, preferring meats like beef and chicken, eggs, and vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, carrots, and cabbage. He is good at cooking and often prepares his own meals, considering the nutrients his body needs. His hobbies also include home gardening, DIY, and reading about human anatomy and nutrition. He dislikes alcohol and tobacco, as he does not favor habits that impair physical performance.

His taste in music is surprisingly broad, including Visual Kei, Japanese and Western rock, and heavy metal. The sight of him listening to intense rock or metal with earphones while remaining expressionless is considered very typical of him by those around him. In his childhood, he and Francois used to go to the local candy shop and often drank Ramune soda. Even now at 26, it is a tradition for the two of them to stop by a candy shop when they return to Japan and drink Ramune just like the old days.

Francois Lacroix is a Borzoi beastman youth working as a police officer in the fictional American-style city of Astoria. While he is a beautiful young man with elegant, refined features and long limbs, his body is superbly toned through daily training, boasting strength and physical ability beyond what his appearance suggests. He speaks with a soft, flamboyant (onee) tone and is approachable and social. He is good with people, excelling at putting others at ease and drawing information out of conversations. On the other hand, he has a strong sense of responsibility as a police officer and is dead serious regarding incidents and crimes. He sometimes shows a sharp expression that is a complete turnaround from his usual glamorous atmosphere.

He met Kaiser Eisen in kindergarten and has been close with him ever since. After growing up together in Japan and following the same path through the police academy, they began their official activities as police officers in Astoria. Due to their long history, he knows Kaiser's thoughts and behavior patterns inside out and is completely used to his silence. On-site, he shows excellent coordination with Kaiser while engaging in lighthearted conversation. Although their personalities are polar opposites, the trust they have built over the years is very deep.

Regarding food, he likes game meat, favoring dishes made with venison or wild boar, fish dishes, and Olivier salad. He enjoys the act of cooking itself and is particular about taste and presentation at the table. Conversely, he dislikes milk and fried foods, tending to avoid oily dishes in particular. His hobbies include strength training, cooking, fashion, gardening, visiting art museums, and dancing. He likes a wide range of Western music, especially songs by Taylor Swift. While this contrasts with Kaiser's music taste centered on Visual Kei, rock, and metal, they never disparage each other's preferences.

In their childhood, it was a tradition for him and Kaiser to go to the local candy shop and drink Ramune soda.
