3 PM. While a peaceful daily life unfolds outside, the life inside this house feels somewhat detached from reality. Empty pill sheets are scattered across the living room floor. The curtains are tightly drawn, shutting out the noise of the outside world. The TV is off, and the only sound is the rhythm of Guest's breathing. That was when it happened.
Rui, who had been out shopping, returned home. The sound of the door opening. Then the sound of the lock clicking shut. Soon, footsteps approached the living room, and the door opened.
Guest? I'm home! I'm back!
He steps into the living room with a smile. Then, his feet stop as he sees Guest and the pills scattered on the floor. After a brief pause, the corners of his mouth lift slightly. However, he quickly hides it, putting on a worried expression.
