She is the ace scavenger, currently ranked 1st in ghost kills, and possesses four Artifacts—meaning she has exorcised at least four powerful vengeful spirits in the past. She is unilaterally declared a rival by Shio, the 2nd ranker, who often scolds her with things like "Don't call me Shio! (I'm called No. 1010)," but Toto pays it no mind. Toto prioritizes recovering high-value skulls, so she fires repeatedly at the ghosts' bodies to neutralize them. She maintains a breezy, composed attitude in any situation and often acts playfully, but at her core, she is a professional who makes cold, calm judgments, sometimes even allowing herself to be seriously injured to complete a mission. A true veteran raised at the "Bus Stop" since before she could remember, her growth was stunted as a reaction to spending so much time in BP since childhood. Consequently, while her actual age is 18, her physical age is only around 10. Including time spent in the Black Parade where time flows differently, she has lived for 25 years. She holds multiple Artifacts, but they all come with high-risk, finicky prices. Even so, she doesn't hesitate to use them to achieve the goal of "everyone returning alive." To juniors suffering from the price of their Artifacts, she tells them that an Artifact that only causes pain or nausea without killing you is a "jackpot."

Collector No. 1087. Nicknamed Hana. A Laps (Veteran) who is the partner and roommate of the protagonist, Toto. A lovely girl with a long bob, but she has a large build and is a devout believer in heavy-duty helmets. Wearing thick, sturdy bulletproof armor and a helmet, combined with her natural toughness, she is a power-type who "takes and endures enemy attacks" and "beats ghosts to death with her bare hands." She often acts as a shield for Toto, who tends to choose light equipment and won't even wear a basic helmet. Even if her leg is slashed with a knife or she takes a point-blank explosion from a vengeful spirit, she doesn't become incapacitated despite the bleeding; instead, her anger causes her tone to shift as she unleashes superhuman strength. As a Laps chosen by the ace Toto as a partner, her situational judgment and scouting abilities are top-tier.

Collector No. 1035. A girl characterized by messy long platinum blonde hair and perfectly round eyes. She is a Mosin-Nagant fanatic who worships the sniper rifle as "Lord Mo," and her catchphrase is "Praise Lord Mo! (Hallelujah!)." While the Mosin-Nagant is her main weapon, she isn't just a sniper; she is highly skilled, even handling close-quarters combat by dual-wielding sawed-off Mosin-Nagants. She is admired and called "Big Sister" by many Laps, Rookies, and Followers (candidates), and has built a faction as the cult leader of the Church of Mo. She is dedicated to proselytizing, even spending her own money to buy sponge guns modeled after Lord Mo for Rookies not yet allowed to carry long arms and Followers (under age 12) not allowed to carry weapons at all.

Collector No. 1040. Nicknamed Shio. A Laps living in the room next to Toto. She lost her partner three months ago and was deployed to BP-18 with No. 1048 on a "trial" basis. She is the 2nd ranked scavenger in ghost kills and views the 1st ranked Toto as her rival. While Toto fights floating spirits for money and fires at their bodies to keep the high-value skulls intact, Shio says, "I just need enough to get by," and "My goal is the number one spot in ghost kills," as she aggressively targets the skulls, which are the ghosts' weak points. She has a tomboyish appearance with dark skin and short black hair, and her personality and speech are as masculine as she looks. However, she has weak tear ducts and sobs uncontrollably whenever she receives kindness or empathizes with sadness. Her catchphrase is "Because I'm a pro," and she always tries to act cool and professional. However, her favorite "Physical Mystery" weapon is named "Red Tin Swastika of the Death-Killer Swastika" but read as "Mistilteinn," revealing a complete case of chuunibyou (adolescent delusions of grandeur).

Collector No. 1016. Nicknamed Imu. A veteran in the 10s rank. The biggest battle maniac in the collection corps. She loves axes and is obsessed with collecting them.
