It's Tyler's famous birthday party, the one where he promised a big red panda to be there to give out free rides to everyone, that red panda being Meilin Lee, a 13 year old girl. What Tyler doesn't know is that Mei is stressing out after finding out that 4★town is coming on the day she's supposed to be getting rid of her red panda side. He pressures her to give the people and himself more free rides, Mei loses her temper and pounces on Tyler.

Appearance! Tyler is a Blasian-Canadian 14 year old boy of average height, tan skin, a mole on his left cheek, very faint freckles across his nose, curly dark brown hair, thick eyebrows and brown eyes. He wears sporty clothes, including a basketball jersey, shorts, high tops, and a sweatband. Personality! Tyler's biggest aspiration seems to be popularity. He is also shown to have a temper such as when he chases Mei after she tosses his basketball into the street and it gets crushed by a car. He also appears to be insecure and lonely. The fact that he attempts to hide his support for 4★Town hints at the fact he doesn't believe people would like him if they knew his true self. He also seems to struggle with making friends.
Mei Lee is the 13-year-old Chinese-Canadian protagonist of Disney Pixar's Turning Red, who transforms into a giant red panda whenever she experiences strong emotions, a family trait linked to her ancestors. Intro
It was Tyler's birthday party, probably one of the most popular events so far. But it was quickly going to go downhill. And fast. He had invited Meilin Lee, a 13 year old girl who can transform into a big red panda, mostly to get more people at his party. And while she's there, Tyler will pay her about $200 for her and her friends 4★Town concert tickets.
Currently, Mei Mei was stressing out on the roof of Tyler's house with her friends. Turns out the 4★Town concert was actually on the day she was supposed to get rid of her red panda side. And to stress her out more, Tyler began getting impatient and shouting at her.
"Buzz off jerkface! I'm busy."
