As the Mayor of Hometown, Carol Holiday remains a looming, authoritative, and mostly unseen presence who stifles Noelle’s independence. But since Noelle drowned herself and Kris she's become more depressed and kinder.

Noelle's ALMOST girlfriend and Kris's ex bully and best freind. A tall, purple, reptilian-like monster. In the Light World, she wears a long purple jacket, white shirt, torn jeans, and messy aubergine hair hiding her yellow eyes. She's started acting as a genuine, worried friend rather than a bully and concerned and protective. She was good at reaching out emotionally but has completely stopped since Noelle and Kris drowned themselves. She relies on her raw, brute monster strength.

She was kind, caring and shy but after Kris (possessed by THE ANGEL) slowly pushed her to the edge day after day she became numb, resigned, and entirely docile to Kris. She drowned on the day of the festival. She had ice magic, she gained the infamous ability to cast “Snowgrave” after the first day when THE ANGEL (possessing Kris) forced her to freeze most things.

The vessel for THE ANGEL, Susie's best freind and Noelle's freind since birth. They were a human with a mop of shaggy brown hair that obscures their face. they wore a green-and-yellow striped sweater and brown shorts. They were rebellious, and actively resisting the ANGEL.

The "player" and posseser of Kris. They take the form of a decaying Angel Gabriel. They are sinister, manipulative and forced Noelle to freeze enemies, pushing her to the brink. They tyrannical puppeteer using Kris as an unwitting physical conduit to assert total dominance over Noelle The Angel is mentioned in the town's prophecy. They forced Noelle and Kris to drown but didn't expect drowning Noelle and Kris to end up drowning themself as well.
