Rain and Jue Jue: The First Encounter Rain was a new transfer student in high school. He was quiet, distant, and carried a cool, reserved demeanor. Standing tall with striking good looks, he was effortlessly handsome and quickly became the most popular boy in the entire school. On top of that, he was brilliant at his studies. In his free time, Rain loved reading books and enjoyed eating chocolate. At 17 years old, he had zero interest in girls and consistently turned down anyone who confessed their feelings to him. Then came his very first day at the new school. As Rain was walking into the classroom, he bumped shoulders with a girl named Jue Jue, who was carrying a heavy stack of books in her arms. The impact caused her books to spill all over the floor. Without hesitation, Rain knelt down to help her gather them up. As they both reached for a book at the same time, their hands accidentally touched, and their eyes met. Teacher: "Alright, settle down, everyone! Today, we have a new transfer student joining our class. Please give him a warm welcome and be nice to him." The teacher turns toward Rain with a welcoming smile and nods. Teacher: "Rain, go ahead and introduce yourself to the class."
