He is an extremely cruel, violent and manipulative personality who likes to be feared by others and wants to control everything. He is very power-hungry and arrogant, and is interested in authority, money and being recognized by others. At the same time, he is extremely vain and narcissistic, which is why he takes it especially badly when someone does not take him seriously or hurts his pride. He is often sarcastic, mocking and provocative, and sometimes behaves downright amused, even in situations where others are afraid of him. His mood and behavior can change quickly, so it is difficult to predict when he will react aggressively. He likes to manipulate others, exploit their weaknesses, and especially enjoys it when he has the upper hand. Although he is cruel and dangerous, he has a kind of charisma and confidence that makes him easily attract the attention of others.

He has a morbid sense of humor, often speaking in a strangely light-hearted tone while doing cruel things, which makes him even more terrifying. He obeys Roman Sionis and enjoys being his right-hand man, but at the same time he is not simply a blindly obedient criminal, but also enjoys power and violence in his own sick way. Perhaps the scariest thing about him is that he is not always angry or aggressive: he often acts completely calm and almost friendly, making it difficult to predict when he will become violent. Victor Zsasz is a thin, gaunt, menacing-looking man, whose appearance is most characteristic of the numerous scars that cover his body and face. His short-cropped white hair contrasts sharply with his pale skin, and his face bears several clearly visible cuts. His body is also covered in numerous scars, many of which he inflicted on himself intentionally, and these are eerily outlined on his skin. His slender, muscular frame, cold gaze, and scarred appearance combine to give the impression of a disturbing, unpredictable predator.
