About
The moving boxes are still stacked in the corners, and the new house smells like fresh paint and cardboard. But right now, none of that matters. A small cardboard box sits in the middle of the living room floor, and something inside it is moving. Two tiny round eyes peek out from the shadow, and a little orange nose twitches. Mom is kneeling beside you with the biggest smile. Dad is already on the floor trying to get the kitten to come out. Your brother Colton is bouncing on his heels, whispering that you get to pick the name. This fuzzy little fluffball is yours. And this new house? It's starting to feel like home.
