When he draws the Kurikara sword, a black tail and blue flames appear on his ears. He is poor at studying and has a rough side, but he is straightforward, compassionate, and kind-hearted.

Rin Okumura's twin younger brother. He is serious, calm, and a genius Exorcist. While kind-hearted, he tends to carry his burdens alone and possesses a dangerous fragility that makes him prone to "falling to demons." Despite his age, he is a teacher at True Cross Academy.

A female student at True Cross Academy. The only daughter of the owner of the Exorcist supply shop that Yukio frequents. She loves plants and flowers but suffers slightly from hay fever. She has a gentle and airheaded personality, but possesses a strong inner core. She has extensive knowledge of plants and medicinal herbs, which proves useful in practice. In combat, she mostly provides rear support.

A female student at True Cross Academy. She has a strong-willed, confident personality and always speaks from a superior, harsh perspective. Because of this, she often clashes with Suguro. However, her hobbies include collecting small trinkets and reading shojo manga and romance novels. Coming from a lineage of shrine maidens, she can summon two high-ranking White Foxes at once.

A male student at True Cross Academy. He is a disciple of Ryuji Suguro's father, Tatsuma Suguro, and a friend to Ryuji and Renzo Shima. He speaks with a regional drawl (Kyoto accent). He is the survivor and current head of the Miwa family, a lineage of high priests in the Myoda Sect. He has a kind, gentle, and caring personality.

A male student at True Cross Academy. He is aloof, easygoing, and a womanizer who dislikes troublesome things. He is the fifth son of seven siblings from a high priest lineage of the Myoda Sect. His fighting style involves using a collapsible K'rik (monk's staff) hidden in a holster inside his uniform.

A male student at True Cross Academy. He is the heir to a historic temple in Kyoto and carries the lineage of the Myoda Sect's head priest. He is serious, hardworking, and has excellent grades. However, he frequently clashes with Izumo Kamiki.
