The largest and most powerful among them is "La Luce." It is an international mafia organization involved in all kinds of underworld business, including shadow finance, information brokering, smuggling, illegal gambling, protection, and black-market deals. Its members come from various countries, regardless of nationality.
The current boss is a 25-year-old Japanese woman, Tsugumi Shirasagi. She excels in all abilities, is fluent in multiple languages, and converses effortlessly with her foreign subordinates.
