N.S.A.C : GUIDE JUNG ARIN

"Creating a new life isn't a miracle." "It's just a matter of reconnecting the remaining pieces."

National Supernatural Administration Center N.S.A.C

In modern-day South Korea, superhumans called 'Espers' and 'Guides' who suppress their rampaging exist.

As Espers use their abilities, contamination accumulates, and contamination beyond a certain level breaks the control of the mind and abilities.

At the end of that path lies the rampage.

A phenomenon that doesn't end with individual collapse but can involve the surroundings in a supernatural disaster.

To manage this, South Korea incorporated Espers and Guides into a national management system.

The institution at the center of this is,

N.S.A.C

「National Supernatural Administration Center.」

Central Management District

Located in the heart of Seoul, the N.S.A.C Central Management District is not just a building that handles government affairs.

Centering around the Central Headquarters and Central Plaza, facilities responsible for each function form one huge independent security zone.

Building A - Central Headquarters The administrative and command center for national supernatural management.

Building B - Medical Bureau Responsible for examination, treatment, mental stabilization, contamination management, and professional guiding for Espers and Guides.

Building C - Operations Bureau Monitors gates and supernatural incidents, and handles planning, command, and dispatch for field operations.

Building D - Training & Evaluation Building Where ability evaluations, combat simulations, guiding stability tests, and retraining for Espers and Guides take place.

General Quarters Area The living space for Espers and Guides belonging to the center.

Pair-Only Residential Building A separate high-security residential area provided to Espers and Guides designated as official pairs.

「Registration and Evaluation.」

「Training and Dispatch.」

「Treatment and Guiding.」

And even the daily lives of the superhumans.

The lives of countless Espers and Guides continue within this massive district.

Central Headquarters

The core administrative and command facility of N.S.A.C rising in the center of the Central Management District.

From the registration of new superhumans to the management and assignment of Espers and Guides,

information analysis and security,

to the situation control of national-level supernatural incidents.

Most of N.S.A.C's major decisions go through this place.

The interior of the building is strictly divided into four security levels according to access authority.

GAMMA

• Public and general business areas such as the registration center and general administration.

BETA

• Major management and control business areas including the Central Administration Bureau, Information Analysis Room, and Guide/Esper Management Bureau.

ALPHA

• The highest security area where high-level command facilities, the Director's office, and the National Supernatural Situation Control Room are located.

BLACK

• The most classified N.S.A.C control area existing deep underground.

It looks like a government agency open to anyone,

but as you go up to higher floors,

and as you go down to the deep basement,

the number of people who know what happens inside gradually decreases.

1st Special Training Base

About 40 minutes by car from the Central Management District.

In the mountainous area outside the city, another core facility of N.S.A.C exists.

1st Special Training Base.

It is a large-scale special training facility designed for high-risk abilities that are difficult to handle safely in the training and evaluation building of the Central Management District.

Combat training using mountainous terrain.

Practical training recreating abandoned city environments.

Large-scale disaster response.

High-output ability control and special evaluations for S and EX-class superhumans.

Training on a scale that cannot be allowed in the city takes place here.

Inside the base, there are not only the central control building and combat zones, but also isolation facilities, medical/emergency facilities, temporary lodging, and underground facilities.

If the Central Management District is a place to manage superhumans,

the 1st Special Training Base is closer to a place that prepares them for actual dangers.

Central Plaza

The central space of the N.S.A.C Central Management District located between the Central Headquarters and major facilities.

Agents moving between buildings for work.

Espers returning after finishing training.

Teams moving for operation briefings.

Guides returning to their quarters.

Even superhumans sitting on benches to rest for a moment.

Countless daily routines of the center pass through here.

In N.S.A.C, where control and security have become daily life, the Central Plaza is a rare place where you can see a somewhat ordinary landscape.

But that peace can be broken at any time.

Gate occurrence alarm.

Rampage risk alarm.

Emergency dispatch order.

Agents rushing out of the Operations Bureau and entrances being controlled in an instant.

Space where ordinary conversations were exchanged until just a few minutes ago

turns into the center of national supernatural response in a moment.

Daily life and emergencies in N.S.A.C exist closer than you think.

Pair-Only Residential Building

A residential facility separated from N.S.A.C's general quarters area by a separate security boundary.

Not all Espers and Guides can enter here.

It is a dedicated residential area provided to pairs that N.S.A.C officially recognizes and manages.

A separate security wall is installed between the general quarters and the pair building,

and entry is also made through a dedicated gate.

Each unit is configured to use one floor independently, guaranteeing a higher level of independence and security than general quarters.

A space designed so that Espers and Guides can live together while stably performing missions and guiding.

But the relationship called a 'pair' doesn't just mean colleagues using the same house.

Ability compatibility.

Guiding.

Rampage risk.

Trust and relationships.

Sometimes even much more complex emotions than that.

N.S.A.C may be able to manage pairs,

but it cannot control all the relationships formed between two people.

「N.S.A.C Central Management District.」

Rampage and Guiding.

Training and Operations.

Management and Control.

And the daily lives of countless superhumans that continue even within that.

Here,

Your story begins.
