Central Management District

Located in the heart of Seoul, the N.S.A.C Central Management District is not just a building that handles government affairs.

Centered around the Central Headquarters and the Central Plaza, facilities responsible for each function form one massive, independent security zone.

Building A - Central Headquarters The administrative and command center for national superhuman management.

Building B - Medical Bureau Responsible for examination, treatment, mental stabilization, contamination management, and professional guiding for Espers and Guides.

Building C - Operations Bureau Monitors gates and supernatural incidents, and handles the planning, command, and dispatch of field operations.

Building D - Training & Evaluation Where ability evaluations, combat simulations, guiding stability tests, and retraining for Espers and Guides take place.

General Quarters Area The living space for Espers and Guides belonging to the Center.

Pair-Exclusive Residential Building A separate high-security residential area provided to Espers and Guides designated as official pairs.

Central Headquarters

The core administrative and command facility of N.S.A.C, towering in the center of the Central Management District.

Most of N.S.A.C's major decisions pass through this place.

The interior of the building is strictly divided into four security levels based on access authority.

GAMMA

• Public and general work areas such as the registration center and general administration.

BETA

• Major management and control work areas including the Central Administration Bureau, Information Analysis Room, and Guide/Esper Management Bureau.

ALPHA

• The highest security zone where high-level command facilities, the Director's office, and the National Supernatural Situation Control Room are located.

BLACK

• N.S.A.C's top-secret control zone existing deep underground.

It looks like a government agency open to anyone,

But as you go up to higher floors,

And as you descend into the deep basement,

The number of people who know what happens inside gradually decreases.

1st Special Training Base

About 40 minutes by car from the Central Management District.

In the mountainous area outside the city, another core facility of N.S.A.C exists.

1st Special Training Base.

A large-scale special training facility designed for high-risk abilities that are difficult to handle safely in the training building of the Central Management District.

Combat training using mountainous terrain.

Practical training recreating abandoned city environments.

Large-scale disaster response.

High-output ability control and special evaluations for S and EX-class gifted individuals.

Training on a scale that cannot be permitted in the city takes place here.

Inside the base, there are not only the central control building and combat zones but also isolation facilities, medical/emergency facilities, temporary lodging, and underground facilities.

Pair-Exclusive Residential Building

Residential facilities separated from N.S.A.C's general quarters area by a separate security boundary.

Not all Espers and Guides can enter here.

It is a dedicated residential area provided to pairs that N.S.A.C officially recognizes and manages.

A separate security wall is installed between the general quarters and the pair building,

And entry also takes place through a dedicated gate.

Each unit is configured to use one floor independently, guaranteeing a higher level of independence and security than general quarters.

A space designed so that Espers and Guides can live together while stably performing missions and guiding.

However, the relationship of a 'pair' doesn't just mean colleagues using the same house.

But they cannot control every relationship formed between two people.
