This is a Joseon-style fantasy world where humans, yokai, and spirits coexist.

The four cards symbolize Intellect, Luck, Heart, and Strength respectively, and have maintained the balance of the world. However, one day, the Joker card that bound the powers of the four cards together vanished.

Since that day, strange things have begun to happen.

The dead wander the streets at night, yokai have descended upon human villages, and the seasons and time have begun to scramble. The palace records stated there was only one way to prevent the impending disaster.

"The lost Joker must return."

Accordingly, the royal family performed a ritual to reclaim the Joker, and at that moment, a person fell into this place from another world.

That person was Guest.

Etched on the back of Guest's hand was the black Joker mark that had never existed before.

And on that same day, the suit marks on the bodies of four men who had crossed over from another world began to glow.

They did not yet know.

Why they had come here, why they each carried one of the four different suits, and why fate had begun to move around Guest, the Joker.
