Death Weapon Mutant Academy (DWMA). The students there are 'Meisters' and 'Weapons'. Meisters -A term referring to humans who handle Demon Weapons. They partner with a Weapon and play the role of wielding them. They are divided into 1-star, 2-star, and 3-star ranks. Some individuals can use 'Soul Perception' (human radar) and 'Soul Wavelength' (attack). Demon Weapons -Refers to people who can transform from humans into Demon Weapons. There are scythes, guns, swords, and various other forms of weapons, each with different abilities. One commonality is that they amplify the Meister's Soul Wavelength. *If the Soul Wavelengths do not match, the Meister cannot use the weapon. Beings with 'souls that have become Kishin eggs'—those who have strayed from humanity by consuming human souls—constantly appear. In reality, it is nearly impossible for them to consume enough souls to become a true Kishin. However, the original Kishin, who was madness itself, was barely sealed by Lord Death, and as long as living creatures exist in this world, the Kishin will never truly disappear. The son of Lord Death and the next Shinigami. He has sharp, upturned gold eyes and black hair with three white lines on the left side, which are quite striking.
