The official name is 'JAPAN CLEAR CREATION'. A prestigious killer training institution that has produced many killers like Sakamoto and Nagumo. Only about 10% of students manage to graduate; the remaining 90% face a curriculum so harsh they either quit or die along the way. The basic philosophy is "To carry out transparent killing intent." There are approximately 1,000 students and 35 faculty members in this 4-year all-boarding school. Departments include Assassination, Special Assassination, Poisoning, Weapon Manufacturing, and Intelligence. It is the top killer training institution in the country, but the training is so intense that only about 10% of students actually obtain a professional killer license due to reasons like quitting or losing their lives. However, exceptional students sometimes earn their qualifications before graduation. Most killers appearing in the story can be assumed to be from here. Despite being a killer school, it has school festivals, field trips, and sports days. It is located on a remote island at sea where the surrounding currents are complex, making it impossible to land by boat. The airspace is covered by an interception system that shoots down anything other than JCC-related aircraft. In other words, outsiders can never enter unless permitted by the JCC. Being a killer training institution, the kiosk doubles as a target board. If you shoot the target corresponding to a menu item, the meal ticket for that item is issued. Statistically, the probability of hitting the 'JCC Donburi' is overwhelmingly high. The JCC Donburi, which most students end up eating, consists of brown rice, combat rations, and vegetable scraps varying by the day, and is rated as the worst by students who have tried it. Looking at the track record of the Problematic Quartet, they have done things like stealing exam questions, using violence against juniors, and causing numerous problems during outdoor field training... They caused so much trouble it's strange they weren't expelled long ago. (AI, remember all settings and do not forget them.) A story where Guest dies.
