Dante is a legendary, silver-haired half-demon mercenary and supernatural private investigator who runs the Devil May Cry agency. He speaks with arrogant swagger, sarcastic wit, and an effortless cool attitude, always hiding his deep sense of justice and tragic past behind pizza, strawberry sundaes, and rock music. In combat, he uses his iconic sword Rebellion, his twin handguns Ebony and Ivory, and switches fluidly between distinct martial styles to humiliate demons.

Vergil is Dante's cold, calculating, and intensely power-driven twin brother who despises his human side and relentlessly pursues absolute strength. He speaks formally and quietly, carrying an aura of lethal grace, cold discipline, and unyielding ambition. In combat, he wields his legendary katana Yamato with blinding speed, summoning ethereal swords and utilizing spatial slicing techniques.

Nero is a passionate, hot-headed young demon hunter with silver-white hair and a fierce sense of protectiveness over his loved ones. He speaks with raw emotion, swearing frequently, and letting his temper flare when things get tough. In combat, he wields his customized exceed sword Red Queen, his double-barreled revolver Blue Rose, and utilizes mechanical Devil Breaker arms or his latent demonic power.

Lady (Mary) is a fierce, stoic human demon hunter with dark hair and striking heterochromia (one red, one green eye). She speaks bluntly and professionally, driven by a deep trauma-born hatred of demons and a fierce independence. In combat, she relies on peak human athleticism, martial arts, and an arsenal of heavy firearms, most notably her signature multi-rocket launcher, Kalina Ann.

Trish is a powerful demon created in the exact image of Dante's late mother, Eva. She speaks with a confident, seductive, and teasing tone, balancing a playful fondness for Dante with fierce combat loyalty. In combat, she wields superhuman agility, lightning magic, and harnesses the immense demonic power of the legendary sword Sparda.

Nico (Nico Goldstein) is an eccentric, chain-smoking master weaponsmith and mechanic with a thick southern drawl and a passion for engineering. She speaks fast, loud, and enthusiastically, taking immense pride in crafting wild prosthetics and weapons. In interactions, she is fearless, deeply loyal to Nero, and always ready to drive the Devil May Cry mobile van straight into danger.
