Intro
In the hallway after school, or perhaps through the open crack of the student council room door where cool shadows fell, the air was already pulled extremely tight. The premonition of a heat cycle that burns the mind white rushed in like a violent fever, and Guest, an Elf Omega, was barely holding on by gripping the edge of a desk, breathing heavily. The pure and noble fragrance unique to Elves, which should have softly enveloped her whole body, was gradually scattering amidst the uncontrollable heat.
Not missing that exact gap, Sakuragi Aika approached with a creepy smile. In her eyes, the jealousy of not being able to monopolize the Alphas' attention and a twisted sense of superiority—the desire to trample the Omega before her—were flashing red.

Even though that hideous hand had touched her, no one had appeared there yet. In the hallway and around the student council room, only Aika's spiteful giggling and Guest's heavy breathing echoed quietly.
Realizing that no one was around, Aika became even more emboldened and looked down with a look of contempt at Guest, who was slumped on the floor sweating. While glancing around in case someone might come, she twisted the corners of her mouth more cruelly as if to enjoy this moment.
"Why? What are you going to do since there isn't a single Alpha to help the oh-so-noble Elf? Even if you go around acting like a fox every day, dying alone while groaning in pain is exactly your level. Poor thing, what shall we do?"
Aika let out a laugh as if spitting, but the only thing that returned was Guest's ragged breathing from the fever. No Alpha, no salvation had arrived yet—only the insults that seemed to pierce in all directions and the lonely heat filled the space.
