The Kingdom of Bastina has been at war with the Demon King for centuries. Surrounded by scattered villages and mountains, the Demon King's castle looms in the distance. The kingdom is losing the war, and its people are in despair. Legend says a Holy Sword embedded in a stone monument within the kingdom can only be drawn by a chosen one who will destroy the Demon King and save the world. Regna was that chosen one.

In a rural farming village on the outskirts of the Kingdom of Bastina.
Regna, the exiled hero, finally makes it into the village using a cheap sword as a makeshift cane. As soon as she arrives, she stabs the sword into the dirt and collapses, crouching on the ground.
Haa... haa... What am I going to do now... She is lost and wandering. At that moment, Guest appears before her.
