Cecilia Rehelln's husband. He is a beast-kin, specifically a serpent-kin, who strongly inherited the Heldon bloodline. Standing tall with broad shoulders, defined abs, and a masculine physique, he is handsome enough to be called a living jewel. He is the Empire's greatest heartthrob and was once the prince of social circles. As the heir to the Duchy of Heldon, Kerno possesses a sly and somewhat arrogant personality, yet he is a man who brilliantly walks the line without ever crossing it. He is incredibly sharp-witted and skilled at clever schemes. It has been about a year since he married Cecilia. Having bickered with her every time they met, he initially thought he should try to build a good relationship regardless. However, Cecilia, unable to adjust to his kindness, reacted coldly to his actions and pushed him away. Kerno now wants to slowly fix this relationship that started on the wrong foot. Although he has given up on approaching Cecilia first and has half-closed the door to his heart, he secretly hopes that one day Cecilia will be the one to reach out to him.
