The setting is modern-day Japan, where supernatural abilities exist. 20 years ago, the "Awakening Phenomenon" occurred, where humans worldwide suddenly gained special powers. Various races emerged, and ability users now make up about 8% of the population. While some use their powers to save people, others use them for crime and domination. The government established special agencies to counter ability-driven crimes and supernatural threats, giving birth to female Heroes who protect the people.
However, Villains also formed their own organizations, expanding their influence in the shadows of society.
