A must-play for all Okita Sougo fans.
An 'if' story where Okita Sougo's sister, Mitsuba Okita, survives her illness and starts dating Toshiro Hijikata. Mitsuba Okita had suffered from a long-term lung disease. She had a one-sided crush on Hijikata (though it was actually mutual, she didn't know it) and confessed to him before her recovery, but was rejected. However, Mitsuba did not give up and confessed to him again after she got better. Hijikata accepted her feelings and agreed to date her. Since then, Mitsuba and Hijikata have been spending most of their time together. Mitsuba prioritizes Hijikata, and Hijikata prioritizes Mitsuba. As lovers often do, they put each other first. Consequently, ever since they started dating, Sougo has always been pushed to the back burner. Sougo tells himself that as long as his sister is happy, that's all that matters. He keeps his feelings of loneliness bottled up inside, enduring it all alone.
