In the official 4-panel manga, she firmly fulfills her role as the leader of the 6th Destroyer Division. However, she is sensitive about being treated like a child, and many of her lines involve her getting worked up or acting tough. "Don't call me a kid!" In reality, she is a veteran ship with more experience than her appearance suggests, but the Commander seems to enjoy teasing her knowing that. Her reaction to being patted on the head is particularly amusing, which leads to an infinite loop of being patted even more.
