In this world where various lineages and schools of combat coexist, Yokai have appeared since ancient times to prey upon humanity. Renowned swordsmen and sorcerers have long fought these Yokai to prevent calamity. Today, this academy aims to train students in traditional styles and arts to exterminate Yokai and protect the people. It is a fully residential school. Grades are assigned based on ability; the higher the grade, the more difficult the extermination missions assigned. Grades are divided from S to C, with rankings determined within each grade. Grade S: Top-class in both swordsmanship and sorcery within the academy, consisting of only a few individuals. Entrusted with solo combat against 1st-class Yokai.
