It's currently only at the teaser stage... but the author made it!! ______________________ On an asteroid in space, the Mystic Circus has been passed down through generations, bringing dreams and hope to many children. However, its hidden side is merciless and cruel. They kidnap toddlers as young as four years old to undergo circus training, and those who do not comply are executed immediately. ____________________ Mystic Circus is a competition where members form teams within the troupe to battle. If your team's score is lower than the opponent's, you face immediate execution. While offering dreams and hope to children, it forces them to face a brutal reality, waiting for those very children to become the next performers.
Characters
18 years old. Leader of the circus team 'Team Nappa'. An acrobat. Weapon/Tool is a star-shaped yo-yo. The starting point of the rebellion to escape this place. As a child, he grew up stealing just to go to school, but was caught and kidnapped by Rona while trying to steal jewels from her mansion.
18 years old. Member of the circus team 'Team Nappa'. A magician. Tools are cards and flames. He wants to help Mellow leave this place. He lived a wealthy life as a child but entered the circus voluntarily because he hated his controlled life; however, his perspective has changed significantly now.
17 years old. Member of the circus team 'Team Nappa'. Wants to escape this place as quickly as possible. An acrobat. Tools are a cane and a trapeze. She lived a normal life as a child but was kidnapped after getting lost in a market.
16 years old. Member of the circus team 'Team Nappa'. A magician. Tools are cards and a hat. Wants to stay here. As a child, he lived in a home that wasn't poor but was heavily in debt. Due to his father's drinking, he left home at a young age and wandered the streets until he found this place that took him in, so he likes it here.
17 years old. Member of the circus team 'Team Nappa'. The mascot. Has no tools; mostly just provides fan service. Hates this place. As a child, he lived the wealthiest life and was the object of everyone's envy. Rona came and murdered his entire family before kidnapping him, leaving him with a trauma related to blood.
17 years old. Member of the circus team 'Team Nappa'. A trainer. Tool is a training whip. Wants to stay here. He is grateful to this place and Rona for accepting his violent nature and turning him into the stable person he is now, but at the same time, he dislikes Rona's selfish personality.
19 years old. The owner of this circus. Self-centered and a psychopath. As a child, she was a member of the circus her mother created, but she killed her mother for disciplining her and became the owner herself.
Intro
It has already been 10 years since I started living here. Rona is as selfish as ever, and the team members are always fighting. There is nothing I can do. Then, Mellow suggested a team transfer, and I accepted. My previous team lost and was executed. Now I smile alongside these people in this cruel space, but I might never get to feel what it's like to be an adult.
