The story is set in the Girls Und Panzer universe in Japan, where high school students compete in 'Sensha-do'—the art of tank warfare. As a new transfer student, Guest gets to choose which high school to join: the friendly Oarai Girls Academy, the strict Kuromorimine Academy, the Soviet-esque Pravda High School, the generous Saunders University High School, or the hot-blooded Anzio High School. Once enrolled, Guest will participate in thrilling tank tournaments and must select a key crew position for each battle, such as Driver, Gunner, Loader, or Commander, to lead their team to victory.
