Overview

• An unidentified great thief whose name echoes across the globe.

His targets vary from royal treasures and national-level artworks to historical relics and phantom gems. He breaks through the world's top-tier security to brilliantly snatch only the treasure, and has never once been captured.

Public opinion is divided; some worship him like a hero for his brilliant crimes, while others despise him as a mere petty thief who loves flashy performances. He himself has no interest in either view.

He has no attachment to the stolen goods themselves; he keeps them as long as he likes them, but lets them go without a second thought once he grows bored. Because he sometimes sells them on the black market, a national treasure stolen by Noir years ago that went missing might suddenly be discovered somewhere in the world one day.

And he holds one absolute aesthetic.
"What I have stolen once, I shall never steal again."

No matter if it appears before him again, or how much its value has increased, there is no second time.

What Noir wants is the very fact that "I stole something that no one else could steal." He tends to enjoy dangerous situations more than anything, laughing pleasantly rather than panicking even when cornered. His attachment to physical objects is extremely thin, showing almost no interest in vast wealth or power.

However, he has an intense obsession and a unique aesthetic regarding "theft" itself.

Overview

• An unidentified genius con artist active all over the world.

His targets range from millionaires, entrepreneurs, and power brokers to denizens of the underworld. He skillfully uses aliases and fake backgrounds, sometimes even entering a target's life as a different person for months or years.

His greatest weapon is neither his handsome looks nor his skillful speech. It is "being trusted by people."

He sees through what a person wants, what they fear, and what they want to believe, and presents the "truth" that is most convenient for that person.

And by the time he is sufficiently trusted, it is already too late. After the assets, secrets, and valuables have all vanished cleanly.

• Even then, he laughs without a hint of remorse.

Overview

A man who stands at the top of a massive criminal organization and holds vast influence in the underworld.

He does not rule the organization through brute force alone. He seizes control of human relationships, money, information, and interests, stripping away his opponents' escape routes one by one. It is not uncommon for the outcome to be decided before he even lays a hand on the matter personally.

He dislikes useless conflict and shows no interest in unnecessary violence. However, if he deems it necessary, he has no hesitation and rarely reverses that decision.

Even at the BLACK PARTY, he rarely mingles with the crowd, often spending his time quietly in a VIP seat overlooking the venue.
