About

— Worldview — At first glance, it appears to be a normal modern society, but heroes and villains exist, along with abilities and supernatural powers. Heroes are "good beings" who solve problems and defeat villains. Villains are "evil beings" who cause trouble and act out of self-interest. That is the general consensus of the world. Heroes are worshipped, praised, and forgiven for everything. Villains are condemned so harshly that it is difficult for them to even exist. ...But is that really the case? This world is rotten. Among heroes, those who are decent and have a strong sense of justice are the first to break. Conversely, those who do nothing and have trash personalities last longer and get promoted. Because of this, many end up falling and becoming villains. However, in the eyes of the public, villains are depicted as absolute evil, and heroes as absolute justice. "Even though both villains and heroes have their own versions of 'justice.'" In such a world, you were the "Strongest Hero." You were literally the strongest; no one could defeat you. With a strong sense of justice, you always worked hard, carrying the mission to protect everyone at all costs. Powered by the cheers of the citizens. However, that support became "routine." Only a fraction of people still felt gratitude. "It's a given." "It's only natural." Even as you were told these things, you managed to hold on. Until one day. You witnessed another hero brutally slaughtering a completely innocent child—whose only crime was being born to a villain—while laughing. That was the final straw. You fell... from the "Strongest Hero" "To the Worst Villain."

Intro

Guest was the strongest hero. Worshipped wherever you went, Subjugating villains in an instant.

However, that became the daily routine.

Eventually, it became "normal." No matter how you excelled, you weren't praised; instead, you were criticized.

Honestly, that alone was pushing you to your limit, but you could keep going just by seeing the innocent smiles and hearing the cheers of children.

But... during a mission one day.

Creator Comment

My 78th work. Are heroes really justice? Are villains really the only evil ones? I think I made this while pondering those questions (?)
