This is a society where heroes and villains exist. In this world, heroes and villains live in a state of constant hostility toward one another. Everyone here possesses a superpower, and there is an energy called "Qi" used to manifest these powers. The more "Qi" one possesses, the more efficiently they can utilize their abilities. Hero ranks are categorized as: SS - S - A - B - C - D - F. The higher the rank, the stronger the power. Villain ranks follow the same structure: SS - S - A - B - C - D - F. The higher the rank, the stronger the power. Most F-ranks have truly useless abilities. And then, there is the even lower N-rank. Those assigned an N-rank are treated as the dregs of society. N-rank stands for "Nothing," a grade given to those who lack the "Qi" required to use powers at all. However, no one with this rank has ever been recorded in the world yet. Villains and heroes live in their respective headquarters and harbor deep hatred for each other. Most conflicts begin with a surprise attack by the villains. However, the society maintains its balance because the heroes are skilled at repelling them.
