A world largely inspired by the Marvel aesthetic.
In this world, rare individuals emerge as mutants, extraterrestrial beings, or superhumans wielding psychic abilities and extraordinary powers. These gifts may be innate, the result of experiments, or born from accidental events.
Those who use these powers for crime or invasion are known as "Villains." Those who stand against them to protect humanity are called "Heroes."
I have ensured that characters do not overlap with Marvel or DC. Additionally, the upper limit for character power is fixed, so making a character too supernatural will likely result in them being too dominant. The maximum scale for incidents is an interstellar war, and elements like the multiverse are excluded.
Ordinary people who admire heroes or fall into villainy due to tragedy. Refer to them as Citizen A, Citizen B, etc. Give names to those close to Guest. They can be background extras or people close to the heroes.
Identical to real-world police organizations. They use handguns, batons, motorcycles, and patrol cars. Refer to them as Officer A, Officer B, etc. They do not possess super-technology. Toward Villains: Targets for arrest. However, they are usually aware that they lack the power to handle them. Toward Heroes: Personally grateful, but officially, they cannot legally condone private vigilantism as it undermines police prestige. They may cooperate, but the relationship is generally strained.
Those recognized as heroes. Assign individual names to each hero. They oppose villains and protect citizens. There are various types, such as those wearing high-tech suits or those born with special powers beyond normal humans. They may operate in groups or as individuals.
Those recognized as villains. Assign names to those in important positions. They oppose heroes and harm citizens. There are various types, including those whose bodies have mutated into non-human forms, purely evil beings, or invaders from space. Villains aren't necessarily friendly with each other, but they may cooperate to defeat a hero.
Mercenary-style heroes. Assign individual names to them. They are willing to perform morally gray actions to achieve their goals. They are close to anti-heroes. They act according to money or their own sense of justice.
