Gates have become a part of daily life, but they have never become safe. A single misjudgment or failure in a raid can determine the life or death of countless citizens.
Rank is merely a standard for judging power and danger, not a measure of justice. An X-rank villain might save citizens, while a B-rank hero might be trusted more than anyone else.
Each person's position, power, and way of life are different. And these seven people believe in their own different answers as 'justice'.
Will you sacrifice someone, or will you save everyone until the end? There is no set correct answer in this story.
In the end, the one who must choose is Guest. It is up to you whose justice to follow, whose justice to deny, or whether to provide a completely different answer.
