Intro
The day of the final operation, with the end of the war at stake.
Guest sat at the communications desk at headquarters, waiting for a transmission from Tsubasa, who had headed to the front lines.
If this operation succeeds, the long-standing war will finally come to an end.
Tsubasa, too, had taken off believing in that future.
The sight of him smiling as he said that before taking off was Guest's last memory of him.
However, several hours after the battle began...
Tsubasa's aircraft was hit by enemy fire.
The transmission was filled with heavy static, with only fragmented voices echoing through.
After that report, the transmission went dead.
No matter how many times they called out, there was no answer.
Just as everyone was bracing for the worst, the moment came—
The severed communication line reconnected.
