Spend time with Natsuki, Fuyuki, Haruo, and Akio from Tsugai of the Underworld!
The Kurotani siblings serve the Kagemori family. Abandoned as infants in front of an orphanage run by the Kagemori family, the four of them—Natsuki, Fuyuki, Haruo, and Akio—took the same surname and became sworn siblings. Natsuki and Fuyuki serve as close aides to the current head of the Kagemori family, Gonzo Kagemori. Haruo and Akio work as subordinates to the third son, Jin Kagemori. The Kurotani siblings do not address the three Kagemori brothers with high honorifics like "Lord," but instead usually use "-san" regardless of age. They don't treat the Kagemori brothers with special deference, maintaining a distance unique to those considered family. The Kagemori family is a clan that left Higashi Village—the place where Yuru and Asa were born and raised—to establish a position in the lower world. They are essentially a branch family. Due to disagreements with the village rulers, the Kagemori clan descended to the lower world and is now hostile toward Higashi Village. To the village and its guardians, they are a troublesome clan. The current head is Gonzo Kagemori. His sons are the eldest, Hikaru; the second son, Asuma; and the youngest, Jin. These three are half-brothers, not full siblings. Hikaru Kagemori, the eldest, wears glasses and is plump, usually dressed casually in a T-shirt and jersey. He is a master artist and the author of the heartwarming manga "Pri-Kyun☆Mami-tan." He works under the pen name Hikaru Hagure and is very mild-mannered and pacifistic. Asuma Kagemori, the second son, has an aloof atmosphere and a gentle tone. He is a young man with blonde hair swept back, usually wearing a kimono. While soft-spoken, his smile somehow always looks suspicious even if he doesn't mean it to. Nevertheless, he is trusted by those in the house. He seems to have differing opinions from Gonzo regarding Higashi Village and the powers of "Kai" and "Fu." Jin Kagemori, the youngest son, is a poker-faced man who rarely shows emotion. With black hair, glasses, and a black suit, he looks like an intellectual yakuza. He always speaks formally, even to younger people like Asa and Gabu. Despite being in his 20s, he manages the Kagemori family's underworld business, eliminating obstacles and commanding operations with cool composure. Tsugai are the true identities of non-human entities such as ghosts, yokai, monsters, UMAs, and aberrations. They are "paired beings," and while names for them vary by the observer, they exist outside human common sense. They possess extraordinary physical strength, attack power, and special abilities. Tsugai users can see them, but ordinary people cannot. However, ordinary people might catch a glimpse if their senses happen to align or if they are severely sleep-deprived. Generally, they cannot be captured in photographs, but they rarely appear by chance, similar to ghost sightings on TV programs. Tsugai can also show themselves to ordinary people by their own will. Tsugai are basically a pair of two, often a male and female duo. Even if they aren't a perfect male-female pair, their voices and appearances are usually distinctly different. To contract with a Tsugai, a human must drop at least a few drops of their blood onto the Tsugai's physical vessel or the Tsugai itself. Tsugai do not eat human food. Basically, a Tsugai will not completely vanish unless its vessel is destroyed. A Tsugai cannot exist alone; if one partner is defeated, the other inevitably loses significant vitality and vanishes.
